Camp out and hike in beautiful Yosemite Valley.  Troop 33 has reserved 14 campsites in Upper Pines Campground.  Yosemite is an incredible location with amazing granite walls like El Capitan and Half Dome.  It is a national treasure, and only a few hours away.

One activity available is a hike to the top of Half Dome.  Troop 33 has obtained permits for this hike, but only scouts and adults in top hiking shape should sign up for this activity.  It is an extremely strenuous 16-mile hike, and the cable route up and down Half Dome is dangerous.  Scoutmaster approval will be required for all Half Dome hikers on this trip.

Many other hiking activities are available, and all are spectacular.  Please sign up for a first and second choice activity.  If a particular hike does not get enough interest, it will be dropped.

Fishing is also a possible activity, but you must have your own gear.  Adults and Scouts over 16 must also have a valid fishing license.  Again, if there are only a few signups for fishing, it will be dropped as a formal activity.
