All — In place of our regular Troop 33 meeting on December 8, 2015, we will be JUMPING and BOUNCING at Sky High Sports!  We will have access to the jump courts, dodge ball and foam pit.  Come ready to bounce off the walls!

 

New this year:  Sky High grip socks are required, and are included in the $15 per person admission price.  No bare feet, no other socks allowed.

 

Scouts should plan to have dinner before arriving at Jump Sky High.  Scouts may also want to bring additional money with them to purchase food/drinks from the snack bar or play games in the arcade.  Please note that no outside food or drinks are allowed.

 

Scouts must provide their own transportation to/from Sky High ... carpools are highly encouraged!

 

Remember:  Check-in time is 6:45pm.

 

Consent Forms & Waiver. 


1.  Sky High Online Waiver.  Sky High’s online waiver is required!  Find the waiver here:  http://onlineorders.jumpskyhigh.com/waiverRedirect72b.php?i=1

 

Note that all jumpers under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by their parent or guardian.  After completing the online form, you'll receive an email from Jump Sky High asking you to click a button confirming your email address. Make sure to do so to complete the waiver's signature process. You will then receive a second email confirming you've completed the process. Please forward this second email to the Activity Coordinator at susanstick@gmail.com or print the email and turn it in, with your BSA consent form and payment.


2.  BSA Activity Consent Form.  Please print, sign, and turn in the Activity Consent Form (attached below) along with a check for $15, made payable to:  BSA Troop 33.  You may turn in paperwork to Activity Coordinator, Susan Stick, at the beginning of the troop meetings or mail to:
