Planet Granite offers a variety of climbing for everyone from the brand new climber to the experienced ones looking to better their technique. 

Trip limit :25 scouts.

NOTE: All Scouts must have a  Planet Granite minors waiver found here:
Planet Granite uses an electronic online form. Please complete their form and bring a printed copy with you to provide to Lance Pham.  

Every parent must provide a copy of your drivers license with the Planet Granite waiver. If carpooling with another scout, please make a photo copy of your license, so your son can give to the employees.

Here's the details from Planet Granite's website:
Every visitor to Planet Granite must complete the liability waiver AND present a government-issued photo ID card within 30 days of completing the waiver. For minors under 18 years of age, the liability waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian*. If the parent or guardian will not be present, please bring a photocopy of the adult’s government-issued photo ID for signature verification. *Please note: legal guardians must present proof of guardianship to sign a child’s waiver.

**Please give BSA Activity consent forms AND Planet Granite waivers (with a photo copy of your parent's ID) and payment ($35) to Lance Pham on Nov 21 or Nov 28th before or after the meetings.  


7:30PM: Meet at Planet Granite
8:00PM: Complete safety instructions, getting gear, and turning in forms
8:15PM: Climb On!
8:45PM: Depart for a nearby ice cream shop (depends upon how the climbing is going/not going)
9:00PM: Depart


All -- the forms for this adventure is a bit more complicated.

1. You must complete the Planet Granite waiver ONLINE. They will then email it to you and you must click on the link in the email to finalize the waiver. Here is the form on the web. Don't forget to click on the link in the email that they send you!

2. If you are coming and your parent is not, you need to bring a photocopy of a parent or guardian's license. Here's more info.

3. You must also watch a video found here even though it refers to a bouldering orientation.
