McClellan Ranch Park is a historic ranch located along the peaceful Stevens Creek. It is a protected area of importance for wildlife, flora, and fauna, preserved and managed for conservation and to provide special opportunities for education, study, research, and the enjoyment of nature.

Meet at the church at 8:30am. We will carpool to the ranch.

The Environmental Education specialist will give a quick tour of the ranch, discussing the plants and animals living there, and then you will be working to remove invasive plant species in the preserve. In past workdays, surveys of the ranch park was done to map out areas with high invasive weed concentrations. Tools and gloves will be provided.
