Boy Scout Blastcar Rally  Come race your own Blastcar at the first ever Pacific Skyline Council Blastcar Rally!! You will need to purchase a Blastcar Kit at the Scout Shop and build it before the race. This will fulfill some requirements in the following Merit Badges: Woodcarving, Woodworking, or Model Design and Building. Cost: Registration fee of $10 will cover CO2 canisters and a patch for each participant.
