Angel Island Mountain Biking 2012

By Noah Jarvis

Early on Saturday morning 35 scouts and 14 adults went biking on Angel Island. During the trip we saw an abandon fort, breathtaking view of San Francisco, Oakland, and the Golden Gate and Bay Bridges. After biking halfway across the island we ate lunch on the beach. After lunch we went biking on the fire-road around the island. Then, 4 people hiked up to the top of Mount Livermore, the highest point on the island. Once everyone got to the docks we boarded the ferry and drove home.
