Scoutmaster update - March 31, 2013

posted Apr 1, 2013, 1:09 AM by Brent Browning
This weekend 25 Scouts (16 First Year, 4 Main Troop, & 5 Troop Guides) and 12 Adults camped overnight at Boulder Creek Scout Reservation. The weather behaved nicely and we headed home just as the rain started. Scouts worked on many Tenderfoot skills including cooking (jambalaya, yum!), ax/knife/saw safety, fire safety, and safe use of a propane stove. Scouts were treated to a campfire on Friday night coordinated by Brandon Le and dutch oven desserts cooked by several Scouts led by Mr. MacLeod.
