Eagle Project Recap

On Saturday February 9th, 6 Scouts went to Andrew Showalter's garage to work on his Eagle project. They helped sand and seal 2 outdoor Jenga games for Saint Andrew's Episcopal School. The scouts used sanders and sealer to carefully remove the sharp edges and weatherproof the games for the elementary school students.

Thank you all for your help with Andrew’s project.

The Santa Cruz mountains area is wonderful scenery for mountain biking. You will have the opportunity to ride a 35+ mile downhill mountain bike ride from Cutter Scout Reservation all the way down to the sea at Waddell Beach.

NOTE: This ride is 35 miles in length total down a steep fire road with many ruts, ditches, tree roots, and rocks.  You must have intermediate level bike handling skills on dirt trails in order to successfully navigate this trail. This trail is rough and fun, are you up to the challenge?!
