Scoutmaster Update

Chris Webb christopherawebb@comcast.net

Sunday we held another Eagle Court of Honor, this time for Cole Cummins, Alex Kolstad and Rohith Kuditipudi.  Although a bit warm in the sanctuary, it was a great event, with Doug Smith, member of the Los Altos School District Board as our Keynote speaker.  Congratulations to our newest Eagle Scouts!

There are two major changes at Camp Oljato this year, one with how we get to the camp this year (unfortunately, no boats), and the other the new rule about not wearing “logo” t-shirts.  If you’ve not reviewed the orientation slides, please do so using this link:  https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid=sites&srcid=dHJvb3AzMy5vcmd8d3d3fGd4OjVjOTI3YmFjYzUyNTcyNDY

THIS Tuesday

Tuesday is our Family Picnic (actually a dinner), followed by our last Court of Honor until next fall.  The event starts at 5:30, with dinner at 6:15.  The CoH will start at 7:15.  This is at the Creekside Room.  If you haven’t signed up, make sure you do so now:  https://sites.google.com/a/troop33.org/www/activities/2014/family_picnic  See you tomorrow night!
