Scoutmaster Corner

Seventeen T33 Scouts and six adults spent last weekend at Fremont Peak. The camping was friendly and the weather was fabulous. Our scouts performed a few hours of conservation service hours removing excess "fuel" (fallen wood) from around the campground for fire management. Then we summited Fremont Peak for some amazing views. The capper was a tailored Astronomy program and lots of high power telescope viewing options in the evening. We saw the inside of moon craters, globular clusters, binary stars, nebulas, and the like.
